With more than 15 years of litigation, advocacy and mediation experience all over the State of Indiana in State and Federal Courts, Scott Smith of Smith Legal handles all types of civil disputes, whether the disputes are to be litigated or mediated. Scott focuses his practice in domestic relations litigation and mediation and assists small to medium-sized businesses with conflict resolution in court and mediation.
Scott handles cases and represents clients in Indianapolis, Carmel, Noblesville, Zionsville, Anderson, Westfield, Fishers, Sellersburg, Speedway, Columbus, Greenfield, Greenwood, Southport, Center Grove, and other towns and cities throughout Hamilton, Clark, Floyd, Marion, Henry, Tipton, Boone, Hendricks, Hancock, Allen, Madison, Decatur and Johnson Counties
