Scott founded Smith Legal to focus his practice on advocating for clients, individuals and businesses, in all types of civil litigation, divorce and family law and real estate. Scott's most passionate about helping people and businesses find reasonable and smart solutions to legal issues.
Scott is a registered civil mediator and registered domestic relations mediator. Super Lawyers recognized Scott as a Rising Star in General Litigation in 2014 & 2015. Over the years and due to Scott's substantial experience, Scott has authored and presented materials on multiple occasions on various fields of law and discovery techniques for continuing education courses for attorneys.
